I just put up an edited set of 6x17 panoramics from the battlefields of Gallipoli , Turkey
New gallery on the site, a few years ago I took a run around the ancient city of Troy, using a 6x17 Panoramic camera.
I’ve decide to do a little review of 2019 before it ends , so each day I will put up my top tens so don’t get too wound up 😜But first the round up of the year with many people to thank (I’ll get around yous all individually). A crazy year were we all had our ups and downs , I’m just coming around from wrecking my lower back and shoulders but will be fighting fit for 2020 lol.
So first a little list of highlights then tomorrow I start the lists.
Started the year exhibiting at the group show 2018/19 The Royal Ulster Academy of Arts
Royal Academy, London Klimt / Schiele: Drawings from the Albertina Museum, Vienna
Coal Drops Yard: the new Heatherwick Studio-designed Coal Drops Yard shopping district, directly adjacent to King’s Cross’ Granary Square
Among its other delights including the special Kate Bush pop-up store
The visit to Sydney , Australia were I spent part of my 1960’s childhood
The selection of European and Australian art on show at the Art Gallery of New South Wales in Sydney was really world class
With the great John Brown an exhibition , book, talk and performance of Snow, Images by James Hughes poems by John Brown, Roe Valley Arts & Cultural Centre, Limavady.
